Terms of Service

Last Updated: April 3, 2026

By purchasing and using TurboShorts, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant and Restrictions

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, lifetime license to use Version 1 of the TurboShorts Docker image.

  • One License = One Installation: Each license key is valid for a single domain/server installation.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the TurboShorts software, Docker image, or license keys.

2. Self-Hosted Responsibilities

TurboShorts is a self-hosted tool. You are solely responsible for:

  • Providing and maintaining the server/hosting environment to run the Docker container.
  • Paying any third-party API costs (e.g., Kie.ai) required to generate videos.
  • Complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Limitation of Liability

TurboShorts provides the automation software "as is." We are not responsible or liable for:

  • Any bans, strikes, or restrictions placed on your YouTube channels.
  • Changes to third-party APIs or YouTube's algorithm that may affect the software's functionality.
  • Server downtime, data loss, or misconfigurations on your own hosting environment.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If the software does not work as described in our documentation, and our support team cannot resolve the technical issue, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

5. Updates and Upgrades

Your lifetime purchase of Version 1 includes free access to minor updates and specific promised features (like upcoming platform integrations). We reserve the right to release future major versions (e.g., Version 2.0) under a different pricing model.
